Won't be disappointed

The location was great. In the quieter end of sanur. But still plenty of food and shop options

As with every place in Bali. Hate the slippery tiles. There could be an option to have breakfast downstairs. I wasn't able to do the stair for breakfast while there.

Was just a overnight stopover, so did not explore the area.

Good breakfast ,nice pool , rooms smell a little damp, Food in the restaurant was perfect and very cheap two large meals and desert for under £20 Very happy shame we only had 1 night.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food at the front restaurant is well priced and very tasty

The food range at breakfast could be better and they need to put in a lift so it's easy for family's if they are on the top floor

Overall I'm much happy with my 6 nights stay. I'll definitely love to back again.

I loved the entire environment of this traditional and classy hotel, nicely decorated everywhere. It was nice to walking through the beautiful walkway everyday early morning which surrounding with many beautiful flowers. The room was neat and clean everyday. Loved the varieties in everyday breakfast. I felt much homely, safe and nice always.

Wifi speed was not that fast, it was ok from the room. The room AC was not working properly. I found some mosquitoes in my room.

The serenity of Sanur has been spoiled by the Onion bar which is noise pollution affecting the whole

The spa was great. We were able to move from 301 (was pokey, dirty) - to room 305 which was spacious. The staff put nice flowers in the room and swans made from towels on our bed for our anniversary.

The Onion bar that has opened up across the street playing LOUD music util 11.30 every night ruined the holiday - it shatters the serenity we go to Sanur for. It completely spoiled the holiday for us.

Great stay.

Good breakfast, excellent restaurant onsite, good food and plenty of choices with food and drink at such a very good price, music on Saturday and Sunday nights, we sometimes also went to different restaurants, but rated our hotel restaurant as one of the best for service, food and value for money. Accommodation excellent for the price we paid, lovely friendly staff, the hotel has guests that have been coming back for many years, it was are third time back with friends and looking forward to going again next year.

Good breakfast buffet. Clean, comfortable, and excellent value for money.

The guests outside their ground floor rooms made it feel a little like an Australian retirement village.

The staff are the great asset of the hotel. The food at breakfast is very good and varied, and the restaurant is excellent. Upgrades at hotel this last trip have improved the experience of staying at Ari Putri.

very good would go back

The inclusive breakfast was good value... omelettes and fresh fruit were great, coffee and tea too weak for me but you could buy proper coffee down stairs from their coffee shop. The staff were soi helpful, the pool area and rooms very clean and the beds were changed with clean linen every three days!! Wi fi in room worked fine, the aircon good and beds and pillows great, I slept very well.

My first room smelt of damp, so they moved me immediately to a better room, which was great but I had to ask them to clean the floor as on my bare feet dusty and gritty, but I put it down to a last minute room shuffle as the whole hotel was very clean all the time. I would skip the hotel spa treatment foot reflexology, it was more like a foot rub, the 45 minute back massage was OK though, and for 10 bucks it was fine. The tv recption was a bit dodgy but didn't bother me much

Quaint, comfortable and great value.

Beautifully quaint boutique hotel with lovely rooms, couldn't fault it. The restaurant serves amazing delicious foods at very low prices. We were there during the volcano eruption time and there were very few tourists around, unfortunately the surrounding restaurants were almost empty however the Ari Putri restaurant was almost full every night! Spa treatments are also very reasonably priced, no need to go out into the streets.

The location of the hotel is good.

The location of the hotel is good. The price is right. The restaurant is really good and cheap. breakfast included and a ok level too. Good relaxing areas too.

There was very strong smell of mold in the room. It stuck on clothing too very fast and bandly. The internet in my room was really bad. in lobby area ok.

Good value for money.

Balinese style hotel, friendly staff, good wifi, no sound from neighbours, great breakfast with fresh fruit and omelettes, good health spa with various kinds of massages, good restaurant and bar, 5 mins. from beach.

Room we stayed in was old, bedding had stains, airconditioning was leaking but was fixed after informing front desk, bathroom smelled very bad, had to keep sink closed at all times, cut foot on broken tiles on pool floor.
